My Primary Care Physician is at Dayspring Family Health Center. The professional staff helped me with planning my diet, medications and my exercise routine. My wait in the lobby was about the same as my wait at my last PCP in Knoxville. I felt like they really cared about my health care.
I love Indian mountain clinic. I have been going there since I was pregnant with my first born and she will be two. I love how nice everyone is and how my Primary doctor (Dr. Thomas) actually cares for his paitience. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Came in for a 3D ultra sound and got there 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before I got called back. I was suppose to get 30 minutes of ultra sound and only got 18 minutes. I only got 10 pictures and they were almost all the same thing. You can see only half of my baby's face in all of them.(partly cause of the way he was laying) I asked the girl if I could come back without having to pay again or give me some of my money back and she said that she couldn't give me any money back and I couldn't come back without paying cause I got to see part of my baby's face. I had terrible experience and wouldn't recommend any one to go there.
This place is definitely a 5 star!!! I lived in Campbell County all my life and didn't know anything about Indian Mountain clinic until my wife was expecting our first child. I was laid off from work and she started having complications. We tried going to the "big city" to the ER. Since we didn't have insurance they basically said she was going to miscarry and they would see us for $3,500 up front. We were then referred to Jellico. There we learned she wasn't miscarrying and they would provide OBG care even though we were uninsured. We got the best care possible. My wife is now expecting with our second, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else
