Service is terrible at this location. Workers are rude and your order is never correct. The food is average. . Update 10 12 17 this location has improved so much the service is better and the food is better. The morning staff is awesome I get coffee there just about every morning.

On Monday July 3rd 2017 my wife, son, and grandson was traveling through Tennessee on our return trip home. Stopped at the Jellico Tennessee for lunch. Before we went in we were outside for five to ten minutes. My wife left a case on the ground next to their building. When we returned home she discovered she did not have that case. It contained a silver mothers ring that our children bought her for Christmas two years prior. Two days prior we learned that my wife received some very bad news about her health. We also learned we were granted guardianship of our five year old grandson. My wife called the restaurant as soon as we got home, they said a manager found the case and they would return it. I gave them my name, address, and phone numbers. I called every week when it did not arrive. Told two weeks ago it was in the mail. It never arrived. The employee I originally spoke with said she would track it and send the info, she didn't. Yesterday when I got our mail there was an envelope from Tennessee from an employee, it was empty. The envelope was sealed, no tears, a perfect envelope. I called the restaurant and spoke to the employee who mailed it. Of course he denied not putting the ring in it. Why did they not ship the case and ring back in a padded envelope? Who does not do the right thing by others? My wife is very sick and has many bad months ahead for her with treatments, we just want her ring and case back.
Nice clean restaurant. Everything looked very modern and recently updated. They have a very user friendly self serve ordering system. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking easy to get in and out of. Close to the highway.
They refused to replace my nuggets after they failed to put the sauce in the bag. They wanted me to walk the old nuggets to their store and they would then give me new nuggets with sauce as I ordered it. I feel they have inconvenienced me enough for a lifetime so instead of doing the right thing of replacing my $5 nuggets they lost a weekly customer. That shows the brain power that's running this kitchen.... Five dollars worth of nuggets or hundreds of dollars from one customer through the year??? I guess they made the smart decision of keeping their nuggets (insert sarcasm). The first manager I spoke to hung up on me and the second one wanted me to walk to the restaurant so they could do what they should've done in the first place. Oh well I shall take my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same
